Warranty Conditions

All watches sold on our store are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase , unless otherwise specified in the product description .
The warranty covers only mechanical or electronic malfunctions not caused by improper use or external interventions .

✅ What does the warranty cover?

  • Internal malfunctions of the movement (quartz or automatic) not caused by shock, damage or tampering .

  • Manufacturing defects detected within 12 months of purchase .

  • Technical problems that are not due to wear or tear or incorrect use.

❌ What is not covered by the warranty

The warranty does not cover in any case :

  • Cosmetic damage : scratches, abrasions, discolorations or marks on the crystal, case, band or clasp.

  • Damage from bumps, drops, crushing or other accidental impacts .

  • Water damage , unless otherwise stated and only when used in accordance with instructions.

  • Unauthorized interventions , including opening, modification or repair by third parties.

  • DIY replacements , such as changing the battery or opening the case.

  • Natural wear and tear : deterioration of materials, discoloration due to sweat, perfumes, chemicals.

🔧 Strap modifications

If the strap is modified, the strap warranty automatically expires, except for modifications made in our shop.
We will not be able to provide assistance in the following cases:

  • Removing or adding links .

  • Shortening, opening or forcing the closure .

  • Replacement with non-original straps or straps not supplied by us .

Once modified, we will not be responsible for any damage or malfunction related to the band .

⚠️ Warranty Void

The warranty is immediately voided in the following cases:

  • The watch has been opened, disassembled or tampered with , even partially.

  • Interventions were carried out by unauthorized technicians or centers.

  • The serial number or other identifying codes are removed, erased or altered .
