Order Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the product descriptions. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Address

Delivery Delays

Taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included in the prices or shipping costs shown on our website. Any additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are applied by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Shipping of Orders Containing Pre-order Items
If an order includes one or more pre-order items, the customer expressly agrees that the entire order will be shipped in a single shipment only when all products are available.
The delivery times indicated start from the date the last item in the order becomes available.
Partial shipments are not provided unless otherwise agreed in writing with the seller.
Shipping and Delivery Times
The delivery dates shown at the time of order are purely indicative. Even in the case of express shipping, delays may occur due to logistical, operational issues, or courier overloads beyond our control.
Exceptional Events and Carrier Disruptions
In the event of major exceptional circumstances (such as temporary shipping blocks, carrier operational limitations, excessive volume, or suspension of services to specific geographic areas), duly documented, shipments may be delayed or temporarily suspended.
During such events:
- Returns cannot be requested
- The customer must wait for delivery services to resume, or
- If available, the customer may collect the product directly from our store
The right of withdrawal remains exercisable within the legal terms starting from the moment the product is received.
Shipping Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment using the provided tracking number and to contact the carrier directly for any redelivery requests, address changes, or delivery issues. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from the customer’s failure to manage these situations with the carrier.
