Refund policy
Returns
You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.
To start the return process, contact us by email at mdrwatchshop@gmail.com stating the reason for the return and your order number. We will then provide you with detailed return instructions.
The product must be shipped within 14 days from the delivery date. Return shipping is at your expense and must be sent to the address we will provide. Returns via collection points are not accepted.
Simply providing a tracking number without actually shipping the return within the 14-day period will invalidate the right of withdrawal.
Shipping costs, both for the initial delivery and for the return, are non-refundable. In addition, restocking fees, payment processing fees, and VAT applied to the order are non-refundable and will be charged to you, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
In the case of returns not due to defects, damage, or errors on our part, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the net product price. This fee covers handling and restocking costs. Shipping costs for both the initial delivery and the return are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the goods. We will then process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days.
The original shipping cost paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Products
Some items are not eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to:
- Used or tampered products
- Products damaged due to improper use
- Underwear items
Our team reserves the right to inspect and accept or refuse returns based on the condition of the product.
