Returns
You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

To initiate the return process, please contact us via email at mdrwatchshop@gmail.com, stating the reason for the return and your order number. We will then provide you with detailed return instructions.

The product must be shipped within 14 days from the date of delivery; return shipping costs are at your expense and must be sent to the address we indicate. Returns via pick-up points are not accepted.

Sending only the tracking number without actually shipping the return within 14 days invalidates the right of withdrawal.

Shipping costs, both for initial delivery and for the return, are non-refundable. Furthermore, restocking fees, payment commissions, and VAT applied to the order are non-refundable and will be borne by you, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

In the event of a return not due to defects, damage, or errors on our part, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the net price of the product. This fee covers the costs of handling and restocking the product. Shipping costs related to both the initial delivery and the return of the product are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the returned goods. Subsequently, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days.

The original shipping cost paid for the purchase is non-refundable.

Products Not Eligible for Return
Some items are not eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to:

• Used or tampered products

• Products damaged due to improper use

• Underwear items

Our team reserves the right to inspect and accept or refuse the return based on the product's condition.

Non-refundable deposits

In case of withdrawal, waiver, or failure to complete the purchase by the customer, the deposit will be fully retained by mdrwatch and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The amount paid will instead be deducted from the total due at the time of final payment if the purchase is regularly completed.

Declaration on trademarks and product authenticity

All trademarks, trade names, and logos present on this site belong exclusively to their respective owners. MDR Watch is not, unless expressly stated otherwise in the collection description, an official reseller of the brands displayed on the site and acts exclusively as an independent distributor of original products.

All watches and products sold by MDR Watch are original and authentic, purchased from selected and reliable suppliers, accompanied by a regular invoice. MDR Watch guarantees the full authenticity of the products sold, but does not guarantee or provide a direct warranty from the original brand, unless otherwise specified in the product sheet.

Delivery Delays

Shipping of orders containing pre-order items

If an order includes one or more pre-order items, the customer expressly accepts that the entire order will be shipped in a single solution and only when all products are available.

The indicated delivery terms start from the date of effective availability of the last item in the order.

Partial shipments are not provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the seller.

Shipping and delivery times

The delivery dates indicated at the time of order are purely indicative. Even in the case of express shipping, delays beyond our control may occur, due to logistical or operational events or carrier overloads.

Exceptional events and carrier blocks

In the event of significant exceptional events (such as temporary shipping blocks, operational limitations of carriers, excessive volumes, or suspension of services to specific geographical areas), regularly documented, shipments may experience delays or temporary suspensions.

During the persistence of such events:

• returns cannot be requested,

• the customer must wait for the resumption of the delivery service, or

• may, if available, pick up the product directly at our store.

The right of withdrawal can still be exercised within the legal terms starting from the moment of receipt of the product.

Responsibility for Shipping Management

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment status via the provided tracking and to directly contact the courier for any redelivery requests, address changes, or delivery-related issues.
We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or losses resulting from the customer's failure to manage such situations.

Information on the cancellation of purchase options

The purchase option is a formula that allows the customer to reserve a product, committing to complete the purchase within an agreed period, even by paying a deposit.
This procedure is binding and constitutes a purchase commitment between the customer and mdrwatch.

1. Confirmation and validity of the option
The purchase option is considered confirmed only upon payment of the deposit or receipt of a written confirmation (via e-mail or message) from mdrwatch.
The validity of the option is limited to the period communicated to the customer at the time of booking. After this period, if the balance has not been paid, the option automatically lapses and the product becomes available for sale again.

2. Cancellation by the customer
In case of a cancellation request by the customer, the amount paid as a deposit will be fully retained by mdrwatch to cover management costs and as compensation for the lost sale.
No refund or credit is provided for deposits related to purchase options canceled by the customer, regardless of the reason.

3. Pre-orders (reservation orders)

Pre-orders are orders placed for products not immediately available but reserved at the customer's request.
Such orders are considered binding in all respects.
It is not possible to cancel a pre-order once confirmed and/or the procurement procedure has been initiated.
Furthermore, returns or refunds are not accepted for products purchased on pre-order, except in cases of product non-conformity.

4. Cancellation by mdrwatch
mdrwatch reserves the right to cancel a purchase option at any time, due to product unavailability, price list updates, or organizational needs.
In such cases, the customer will only be entitled to the return of any amount paid, without further indemnities or compensations.

5. Communications and timings
All communications regarding the cancellation or confirmation of a purchase option must be made in writing, via e-mail or direct message to mdrwatch's official channels.
Cancellation requests sent verbally or through unofficial channels will not be considered valid.

6. Acceptance of conditions
By paying the deposit or confirming the purchase option, the customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted this information.
