Refund Policy
Returns
You have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the delivery date . To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.
To initiate the return process, please contact us via email at mdrwatchshop@gmail.com indicating the reason for the return and your order number. We will then provide you with detailed return instructions.
The product must be shipped within 14 days of delivery ; return shipping is at your expense and must be made to the address we indicate. Returns via collection points are not accepted.
Simply sending the tracking number without actually shipping the return within 14 days invalidates the right of withdrawal.
Shipping costs, both for initial delivery and for the return, They are non-refundable . Furthermore, restocking fees, payment fees, and VAT applied to the order are non-refundable and will be your responsibility, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
For returns not due to defects, damage, or errors on our part, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the net product price. This fee covers the costs of handling and restocking the product. Shipping costs for both the initial delivery and the return of the product are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We'll then process your refund to the original payment method used for purchase within 7 business days.
The original shipping cost paid for the purchase is non-refundable.
